General format: Check in first including worries and troubles, if people need to speak them. Each person then creates a modified affirmation (that could start with “Even though I feel _____ (worry/trouble), I claim/known/declare/affirm for myself ______ (whatever the flipped positive, uplifting, believable, useful idea is to them)”.
Then a short reading, and 10 minutes of meditation which could be sitting with eyes closed, or journaling or walking meditation, or…. (everyone is muted, no shared music attempted).
After 10 minutes, I call everyone back, and we speak a shared spiritual mind treatment. I’ll say the first two steps (recognition & unification). then everyone speaks their affirmation, or their affirmation as it changed during their meditation (realization), and then I speak the last two steps (thanksgiving & release). We close with virtual hugs and call it good.
