We live in a world of possibility, vitalized by a good and loving Presence that we call God. However, in today’s culture, we can sometimes feel lonely, as if we somehow don’t belong. Feelings of isolation may come, or we may feel like we’re “going down with the ship,” when we look around at what’s going on in the world. Well the good news is, “It doesn’t have to be that way.”
As we explore the implications of that idea, we can learn that we are actually in partnership with our Creator, and through our own choices, whether made consciously or unconsciously, we influence the experiences of our daily lives.
Our challenge is to become aware of the choices we make, and then to “fine tune” our thinking. This way we can bring into our lives those experiences that make us happy, prosperous, well, and free. |

Change your thinking and change your life.” |

In a nutshell, that’s what The Science of Mind is all about, and it’s what we teach at the Center for Spiritual Living Tucson. The proof of the teaching reveals itself in our lives, which begin to change for the better. Now this is much, much more than just “thinking positively.” I’m talking about a way of living. And believe it or not, it’s a way to change the world we live in, not by changing other people, but by changing ourselves. As we learn the skills to manage our own thoughts and improve our relationships with ourselves, it cannot help but reflect in our world through the people we encounter. It’s a kind of communicable transformation, a positive mental and emotional virus. And I think that this is something worth spreading around. |
